How do i keep my Teshomeclothing items in good condition?

We recommend you to wash inside out at low temperature, rinse shortly, and spin at low speed. Do not dry clean or tumble dry. Iron at low temperature and do not iron on a print. Accessories are not washable.


Will inventory be restocked?

All Teshomeclothing items are exclusive and will not be restocked.

Order information

I have placed my order but have not yet received a confirmation email. What should I do?

After finalizing your Payment, you will receive a conformation e-mail stating your order number and a summary of your order details. In case you didn't receive this e-mail in 3 hours, please contact us with the link below to ensure order validity.

If i put an item into my shopping cart, will this mean that i have reserved it?

No, itmens in your  shopping cart are not reserved. They are reserved as soon as you palce an order and finalize the payment. If you want to keep a list of your favourite products, you can use the wish list but keep in mind that the products on your wish list are not reserved either.

Where is my order?

As soon as we have handed over your package to PostNL, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email with your delivery number and a link to track your order.

The item I ordered has since been reduced in price. Am I entitled to the new price?

Please understand that our prices may change depending on different promotions and sales. If you have already purchased an item, we cannot refund the difference in price.


Where can I sign up for the newsletter?

There is a form at the bottom of the Home page to sign up for the newsletter.

If you no longer wish to receive the Teshomeclothing newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of each newsletter.

The security of your data is an absolute priority for us. Your payment details will only be used to settle the payment of the items ordered by you and will not be stored.

How can I pay for my order?


With iDEAL you pay in our online shop by making an online payment. With this payment method you can process the payment directly with your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods from your own bank.

If you use telephone banking, you can immediately use iDEAL, without having to sign up for it. After you have selected iDEAL in the payment methods, you will be redirected online to the login page of your bank after you select your bank. Here you can log in as usual with your account number and PIN code. The system automatically creates a transfer, processing all the details of the purchase. You will receive a confirmation of the payment that you can print.


The principle is simple: you have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop relaxed, complete your order and you can check the items at home in peace.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay online safely, easily and quickly.

It works like this: you save your data once in a PayPal account. When ordering in the Teshomeclothing online webshop, you will be automatically linked to PayPal. Here you enter your PayPal details, your e-mail address and personal password, and confirm the payment.

As soon as you click on the 'BUY NOW' button on the order page, your payment is authorized. Your PayPal account will be debited when your package is shipped; in the case of a return, your account will be credited the moment your return has been processed in our logistics center.


Paying by credit card is a simple and safe way to make purchases in the Teshomeclothing webshop. You can use most credit cards with the MasterCard and Visa symbol. There are no additional costs involved.

The money will be debited from your credit card when your order is shipped by us and in the case of a return the money will be credited directly to your credit card as soon as your return has been processed in our logistics center.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Standard Delivery: €3,49 or FREE for orders over €50,00. Your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days. excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Delivery from Monday to Friday. Your package will be deposited in a safe place and if this is not possible, the delivery person will knock on the door and take at least 2 steps back so that you can safely receive the package. If there is no answer, the delivery person will try to come back at a different time.

ATTENTION: Due to the current circumstances, it is possible that the shipment of your order may take a little longer than usual. We ask you to be a little more patient and only contact our customer service if you have not received a shipping confirmation 3 working days after your order.

How high are the shipping costs?

You do not have to pay shipping costs for orders with an order value of € 50,00 and above. The shipping costs within the Netherlands for an order up to € 49,99 are € 3.49.

How can I track my package?

As soon as we have handed over your package to our shipping partners, which include PostNL, DPD, DHL, and UPS, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email. This email will contain your delivery number and a link to track your order. With these leading courier services, you can easily follow your package's journey to your doorstep, ensuring you stay updated on its delivery status. Whether your order is traveling locally or internationally, our partners provide reliable and timely shipping, so you can rest assured knowing your purchase is on its way.


Can I return the items? How do I return the items?

You can return the items you have ordered free of charge within 30 days. To initiate a return, please place the undamaged item you wish to return along with the completed return form that was included in your original package, into a bag or box and seal it securely.

A return label, which is also included in your package, should then be affixed clearly on the outside of the bag or box. You have the flexibility to return your package via any of our partnered courier services, including PostNL, DPD, DHL, and UPS. Simply take your sealed package to the nearest parcel point of your chosen courier. It's important to always ask for a proof of shipment when you drop off your package, and retain this proof until you receive a return confirmation from us. This ensures that your return is processed smoothly and allows us to keep you informed every step of the way.

IMPORTANT: If it concerns a complaint, please report it to our customer service before returning the package to us.

Can I also return items that were on sale?

You can also return items that were on sale. These will be refunded.

I sent something back. How and when will the refund be made?

If you paid with iDeal, credit card, PayPal or Sofort, the amount of the returned items will be automatically refunded 1 working day after your return has been processed in our logistics center.
If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, we will notify Klarna after your return has been received at our warehouse and you will receive a confirmation of your return by e-mail. You can also register the return of your order in the Klarna app. When purchasing on invoice / installment payment, your payment term is extended.
The refund will start automatically six days after your return has been registered and you will receive your refund within 14 days.
